Transcription: After Neville Chamberlain's failed attempt to sate Hitler's imperialism at Munich and a subsequent invasion of Poland, nothing seemed capable of stopping Germany's aggression. Indeed, Hitler dreamed of dominating France as that country had dominated Germany at the end of the First World War. Hitler could not resist this temptation and quickly reduced France's vaunted war machine to rubble within days.
